It’s simple! We’ll start with a chat to discuss your project, and I’ll create a Technical Specification Document outlining the details and scope of the work. Just send me an email at hello@batsketchdays.com or fill in the form in this link

Once we’re on the same page, I’ll begin working on your illustrations.

I require a 50% deposit to get started, with the remaining 50% due once I send the final high-resolution images. This way, we both have peace of mind throughout the process.

I offer two rounds of revisions at no extra cost, as long as they’re within the scope of our original agreement. If any big changes are needed that go beyond what we discussed, we can talk about an additional fee to cover the extra work.

You will have 7 days to request revisions after receiving the final drawing. I’ll make the changes promptly and keep you updated along the way.

• Before Work Starts: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a small admin fee.

• After Work Has Started: The deposit will be non-refundable, and if I have done more than 50% of the drawing, you will be charged for the work completed so far. I will hold onto the drawing until payment for the completed portion is made.

Absolutely! If you need something beyond what we originally agreed on, we’ll create a new Technical Specification Document and adjust the timeline and pricing accordingly.

The timeline varies depending on the project, but typically it takes 2-3 days per drawing. I will give you a more specific estimate once we’ve discussed your project in detail. If there are any delays, I’ll always let you know in advance.

If I don’t hear back from you within 7 days of delivering the work, I’ll consider it accepted, and the final payment will be due. But don’t worry, I’ll send a reminder before that happens!

Yes! Once the final payment is made, you’ll have the rights to use the illustrations for your project. I will still keep the original artwork for my portfolio.
