We’ll start with a chat to discuss your project, and I’ll create a Scope of Work (SOW) outlining the details and objectives.

Once we have that in place, I’ll begin working on your illustrations.

A 50% deposit is required to start.

The remaining 50% is due before the final high-resolution sketch is sent to you.

This ensures a smooth and secure process for both of us.

You get 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost, as long as they stay within our original agreement.

Major changes beyond the scope may incur additional fees.

Since all illustrations are drawn by hand, changing the view requires a new drawing, which means a new fee and timeline.

You have 7 days to request revisions after receiving the final sketch. I offer 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost and will update you throughout the process.

• Before the drawing work starts — You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a small admin fee.

• After the drawing work has started — The deposit will be non-refundable, and if I have done more than 50% of the drawing, you will be charged for the work completed so far. I will hold onto the drawing until payment for the completed portion is made.

Absolutely! For any additional work beyond our original agreement, I will:

• Create a Change Order to outline the new request

• Adjust the timeline and pricing accordingly

The timeline depends on the complexity of each project, but typically it takes 2-3 days per drawing.

Once we’ve discussed your project in detail and agreed on the Scope of Work, I’ll provide a more specific estimate.

If there are any delays, I’ll inform you in advance.

If I don’t hear back from you within 7 days of delivering the final sketch, I’ll consider the work accepted. But don’t worry, I’ll send a reminder before that happens!

Yes! Once the final payment is made, you’ll have the rights to use the drawings for your project. I will still keep the original artwork for my portfolio.
